Initial information about this year's Summer Camp.
2010 Summer Camp Registration Form.
To all scouts:--Please check your family calendar...and make a decision TODAY about whether you will be attending summer camp or not! Then send your registration form and full payment of $330 ($40 sibling discount) to Mr. Patrie. Final payment is due on May 1st so we can register as a troop.
Connecticut Rivers Council has revised its medical form procedures this year in order to comply with CT State Youth Camp regulations and to clarify what is required of camp attendees and adults. This document lists some of the reasons for these changes.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Scouts and Leaders will not be allowed to stay in camp without a completed Medical Form. Because this camp event exceeds 72 hours, Parts A, B and C must be filled out and signed by a certified and licensed health care provider.
This is a medical form is required when the scout has as serious allergy. This form lists the allergy treatment plan and give permission for the administration of medications by camp personnel.
State regulations require that no prescriptions or non-prescription medication be administered without written parent and MD permission. A separate form for each medication must be submitted for each medication taken at camp.
